As an Intermediate HR Transformation (Change) Specialist, you will partner with clients to lead and support organizational transformation efforts.
You’ll assess impacts, develop strategies, and deliver plans that foster adoption and minimize resistance, while building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
In many cases, you will also wear a project management hat—especially for smaller HR transformation initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered smoothly, on time, and with people at the center of the work.
This is a client-facing role where you’ll have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to large-scale transformations as well as targeted projects such as ERP, WMS, or HRIS impleme
