About the Role We are looking for an experienced and self-driven **International Holiday Property Consultant** to join our team.

Key Responsibilities • * Manage qualified client leads assigned by Zentima • * Understand each client’s requirements, budget, preferred location, lifestyle expectations, and investment objectives • * Research, identify, and shortlist suitable local properties • * Present relevant property opportunities and clearly explain their key features, costs, purchasing process, and potential use • * Organize online presentations, property viewings, and communication with developers and local partners • * Coordinate offers, reservations, documentation, payment schedules, and other activities required to complete the transaction • * Maintain regular communication with clients and provide timely follow-ups throughout the sales pipeline • * Support clients after the purchase, including coordination of property handover, furnishing, rental, and property management where applicable • * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client communication and sales activities in the CRM • * Share feedback on client preferences, market demand, and available property opportunities • * Represent Zentima professionally and uphold our values of transparency, accuracy, and trust What We’re Looking For • * Proven experience in residential real estate sales, preferably involving international or holiday properties • * *Established access to local property listings, including new developments and resale properties in Costa del Sol** • * Strong knowledge of the local property market, including locations, pricing, market trends, and available opportunities • * Good understanding of local real estate regulations, relevant legislation, purchasing procedures, taxes, fees, and standard transaction documentation • * Experience working with qualified leads and managing longer, consultative sales processes • * Fluent Slovak or Czech, as well as English and Spanish • * Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • * A client-focused and advisory approach to property sales • * Ability to understand client requirements and match them with suitable property opportunities • * Highly organized, reliable, and comfortable coordinating multiple clients and transactions simultaneously • * Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working remotely • * Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce What We Offer • * Attractive and competitive commission structure based on successfully completed transactions • * Qualified leads provided by Zentima • * Fully remote and flexible working arrangement **PLEASE NOTE: To be considered for this position, you must be fluent in Slovak/Czech and you need to be located within Costa del Sol.

This is a commission-based remote role for a property professional who enjoys working closely with clients, understanding their requirements, finding suitable properties, and guiding them throughout the entire purchasing journey.

Your responsibility will be to help each client identify the right property and support them throughout the whole journey—from the initial consultation through the completion of the purchase and subsequent handover.
