Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain accurate inventory records within the company's inventory management system.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Analyze inventory data to forecast demand, identify trends, and optimize stock levels, minimizing both stock-outs and overstock situations.
- Develop and implement effective inventory control policies and procedures, ensuring compliance across all levels.
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless inventory flow and support business objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Inventory Management or a related role, preferably within a logistics or distribution environment.
- Strong understanding of inventory control principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Proficiency with inventory management software, ERP systems, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
