Job Description:

• Experience: 7+ years
• Location: Remote / Pan India (Willing to travel 50%+)

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital transformation projects for enterprise clients.
• Manage stakeholder expectations across internal teams, partners, and CXO-level client contacts.
• Oversee planning, execution, tracking, and reporting of project status and risks.
• Drive adoption and implementation of Agile/Scrum methodologies across projects.
• Manage multiple workstreams ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Present project progress, challenges, and solutions to executive stakeholders.
• Foster and grow long-term client relationships through strategic consulting.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven ability to manage CXO-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience delivering digital marketing projects, ideally involving Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, Campaign, Analytics) or platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle, or IBM.
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and hands-on experience applying them.
• Must hold Project Management certifications such as PMP, CSM, or Prince2.
