Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand client requirements and contribute to the recruitment strategy. Learn and utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and recruitment activities. Develop strong relationships with candidates and assist in managing client relationships.
Must Have:
1+ years of IT recruitment
