IT Software Buyer / ASAP / 3 months+ / Remote

For our client we are looking for a hands-on consultant to support the software procurement department of the client by managing supplier relationships, negotiating enterprise agreements in alignment with business and technology objectives.

Tasks

• Support to develope the strategies for software, cloud, and IT services.
• Be part of negotiations with software vendors, cloud providers, consulting firms, and resellers.
• Manage supplier relationships.
• Collaborate with IT, Product Management, Finance, and business stakeholders.
• Optimize contracts, licensing models, and procurement processes.

Skills

• 3-5+ years of experience in IT procurement, software sourcing, or technology purchasing.
• Knowledge of software licensing, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, cloud contracts, and SLAs.
• Experience of negotiating enterprise agreements with global software and cloud vendors.
• Stakeholder management, supplier management, and contract negotiation skills.
• Fluent English; German is an advantage.
