Position Overview
Location: Lisbon (but position is remote must reside in Portugal)
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (including bank holidays), 08:00 to 19:00 (rotational shifts)
Days Off: Sunday + 1 rotational day
Work Model: Fully remote within Portugal
Key Responsibilities Handle inbound customer contacts via phone, email, and chat Provide guidance on products and services, including feature recommendations Drive product sales through excellent service and needs-based promotion Support customers through the purchase process Meet sales goals while ensuring high customer satisfaction Record all customer interactions and transactions in internal systems <h
