Responsibilities

• Help end users with their requests received through a dedicated Jira Service space.
• Listen and understand users' pain points regarding the usage of the tools.
• Implement solutions in the tools following best practices and the company standards.
• Follow processes and standards, keeping the tools clean and tidy.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience administering Jira or in related positions.
• Good level of English.
