Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations for goods and services.
• Process purchase requisitions and generate purchase orders accurately.
• Maintain procurement records and update vendor databases.
• Support contract administration and ensure compliance with established procurement policies.
• Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to resolve procurement-related queries.
• Conduct basic market research to identify potential new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• Previous internship or 1-2 years of experience in a purchasing or administrative role is advantageous.
• Familiarity with procurement processes and terminology.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, essential for effective remote collaboration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
