About the Role:

Must Have:

• Microsoft InTune MDM/MAM: policy management, compliance profiles and application deployment across enterprise Windows, macOS and tablet devices
• Azure Active Directory: Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, hybrid join management
• Windows 10/11 and macOS endpoint management: OS update rings, configuration profiles, BitLocker, FileVault
• Agentic EUC AI: AI-driven self-healing and automated remediation for endpoint issues
• Endpoint security: Tenable Security Center vulnerability scanning; SIEM agent management; DLP policy enforcement
• ITSM integration with Symphony Summit: L2 EUC incident resolution, SLA adherence

Good to Have:

• Experience managing enterprise tablet fleets through InTune
• macOS fleet management at scale: Apple Business Manager, DEP enrolment, Jamf or InTune profiles
• Elastic SIEM integration for endpoint event correlation
• Cloudflare Zero Trust / ZTNA for remote device access control
• PowerShell and Graph API scripting for InTune bulk operations

Responsibilities:

• Remotely administer enterprise end-user devices across Windows, macOS and tablet platforms using Microsoft InTune
• Manage Azure AD Conditional Access, MFA, and hybrid join policies; maintain endpoint compliance posture
• Deploy and manage OS updates, security patches, and application packages through InTune deployment rings
• Operate Agentic EUC AI platform for automated diagnostics and self-healing; tune AI models and escalation thresholds
• Manage endpoint security: coordinate Tenable vulnerability scanning, enforce Wazuh agent deployment, apply DLP policies
• Handle L2 EUC incidents escalated from Helpdesk; resolve within SLA and document resolutions in Symphony Summit
