About the Role
Our client is looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Lead AI Engineer to spearhead their AI development efforts, working entirely remotely. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI and machine learning models.
- Mentor and guide a team of AI engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
- Define and implement the technical roadmap for AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee the entire ML lifecycle, from data preprocessing and model training to deployment and monitoring (MLOps).
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning and advocate for their adoption where appropriate.
Requirements
- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in programming languages like Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Proven experience in scaling AI solutions and managing distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps principles.
