Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of remote air traffic controllers , ensuring operational efficiency and safety.
• Develop and implement advanced air traffic control strategies and procedures for remote operations.

• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to the control team.

Requirements

• Valid Air Traffic Controller license with relevant ratings.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in air traffic control, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Proven experience with remote air traffic management systems and advanced surveillance technologies.
• Excellent decision-making skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Proficiency in communication systems and protocols used in aviation.
