Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire architectural design process for major projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and strategic vision.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a remote team of architects, designers, and technicians to achieve exceptional design outcomes.
• Develop innovative and sustainable design concepts, translating them into detailed, buildable documentation.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies, representing the firm with professionalism and expertise.
• Conduct rigorous design reviews, quality control checks, and ensure compliance with all relevant codes and standards.

Requirements

• Master of Architecture degree or equivalent, with professional licensure in relevant jurisdictions.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in architectural practice, with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in architectural design, project management, and construction administration.
• Strong command of industry-standard software, including Revit , AutoCAD, and advanced visualization tools.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and client management skills.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate remote teams effectively and deliver projects on time and within budget.
