About the Role
Our client is looking for an accomplished Lead BIM Architect to spearhead their virtual design and construction efforts. In this senior remote role, you will set the BIM strategy, guide project teams in its implementation, and ensure the highest standards of digital design delivery. You will be a pivotal figure in driving innovation in our digital workflows, bridging the gap between design intent and technical execution using advanced BIM methodologies. Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement firm-wide BIM standards , best practices, and technology roadmaps.
- Lead and mentor BIM teams, ensuring successful model development and coordination across disciplines.
- Oversee the creation and management of complex BIM models for large-scale architectural projects.
- Collaborate with project leadership to integrate BIM into all project phases, from concept to handover.
- Stay abreast of emerging BIM technologies and advocate for their adoption where appropriate.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Architectural Design and leadership, with a strong focus on BIM.
- Mastery of industry-leading BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, etc.) and associated workflows.
- Deep understanding of the principles of digital construction and integrated project delivery.
