Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of complex blockchain platforms and decentralized applications.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a significant focus on blockchain development .
• Proven experience in leading engineering teams and managing complex software projects.
• Deep understanding of various blockchain protocols, consensus algorithms, and smart contract development (e.g., Solidity, Rust).
• Strong experience with distributed systems, cryptography, and system architecture.
