About the Role Our client is actively seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Lead Civil Engineer with expertise in Structural Design to join their fully remote team. You will lead design efforts, mentor a team of structural engineers, and collaborate with architects and project managers to deliver innovative and safe structural solutions.

Key Responsibilities • Lead the structural design process for a variety of projects, including commercial buildings, bridges, and industrial facilities. • Develop and review detailed structural calculations, drawings, and specifications using advanced analysis software. • Manage and mentor a team of structural engineers, providing technical direction and performance feedback. • Collaborate closely with architectural and construction teams to ensure seamless integration of structural elements. • Conduct site inspections remotely where feasible or as required, and provide support during construction phases. • Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, standards, and safety regulations.

Requirements • Master's degree in Structural Engineering or a closely related field. • Minimum of 10 years of specialized experience in structural engineering design, with a proven track record of leading projects. • Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent international credential. • Expertise in structural analysis software such as ETABS, SAP2000, or STAAD.Pro. • In-depth knowledge of various construction materials and techniques. • Exceptional leadership, project management, and communication skills for remote team collaboration.
