About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced electrical systems, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Provide technical expertise and mentorship to a team of remote electrical engineers and technicians.
• Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in electrical engineering, with a proven track record in leading complex projects.
• Expertise in power systems design, control systems, and automation technologies.
• Strong project management skills, with experience managing remote teams and distributed projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional Engineer (Pr. Eng) registration is highly advantageous.
