Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of remote industrial engineers, providing direction, mentorship, and performance oversight.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field; PhD is a plus.
• 10+ years of extensive experience in industrial engineering , with a significant portion in leadership roles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage geographically dispersed teams effectively.
• Expertise in Lean Six Sigma (Master Black Belt preferred) and advanced optimization techniques.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale operational transformation projects .
