Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization, design, and development of advanced mechanical systems and products.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of mechanical engineers, fostering professional growth.

• Oversee and contribute to detailed CAD design , analysis (FEA, CFD), and optimization processes.

• Ensure designs meet all performance, cost, and manufacturing requirements through rigorous validation.

• Collaborate with product management, R&D, and external stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables.

• Implement best practices in mechanical design, documentation, and project management within the remote team structure.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.

• 10+ years of progressive experience in mechanical design and product development , with a proven track record of leading projects.

• Expertise in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor) and advanced simulation tools.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes , materials science, and DFM/DFA principles.

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience managing engineering teams, preferably in a remote setting.

• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
