Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex mechanical systems and products.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of mechanical engineers.
• Oversee and conduct advanced engineering analysis, including FEA, CFD, and thermal modeling.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management, hardware, and software engineering.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior role.
• Expertise in mechanical design principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes.
• Advanced proficiency in CAD and simulation software (e.g., SolidWorks, ANSYS).
• Demonstrated success in leading complex engineering projects and managing technical teams.
