Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and direction for mechanical engineering projects from concept to production.

• Oversee the design, analysis, and validation of complex mechanical systems and components.

• Develop and implement best practices in mechanical design, simulation, and testing methodologies.

Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering.

• 10+ years of progressive experience in mechanical engineering, with a minimum of 3 years in a lead or supervisory role.

• Proven expertise in CAD/CAE tools and advanced mechanical analysis techniques.

• Strong understanding of system integration, manufacturing processes, and quality control.
