About the Role Our client is looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Lead Project Manager to join their fully remote team, based operationally in Cape Town . You will be responsible for guiding project teams, managing resources, and driving strategic initiatives that align with the company's vision.

Key Responsibilities • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. • Direct and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability in a distributed environment . • Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring efficient utilization of assets. • Develop and implement risk management strategies to proactively address potential project challenges. • Facilitate clear and consistent communication among team members, stakeholders, and executive leadership, regardless of physical location.

Requirements • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in project management , with at least 3 years in a lead or senior role. • Demonstrated expertise in managing multiple concurrent projects and diverse teams. • Proficiency with various project management software and collaboration tools essential for remote work . • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities. • Strong understanding of project management frameworks and best practices, with a PMP or similar certification strongly preferred.
