Key Responsibilities

• Lead the structural design process for complex and architecturally significant projects globally.

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in Structural Engineering.
• A minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in structural engineering design, with significant leadership responsibilities.
• Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) and/or Chartered Engineer (CEng) status highly preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in the design of complex structures (e.g., high-rises, long-span bridges, stadia).
• Advanced proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, RISA-3D) and BIM tools.
• Deep understanding of material behavior, building codes (international codes like Eurocode, AISC, ACI), and advanced structural concepts.
• Exceptional leadership, team management, and communication skills, suitable for remote collaboration.
• Proven ability to innovate and solve challenging structural engineering problems.
• Strong client-facing and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working autonomously in a remote setting.
