Key Responsibilities

• Lead the structural design process for new construction and renovation projects, ensuring compliance with building codes and engineering best practices.
• Perform complex structural analysis and calculations using advanced software, including finite element analysis (FEA).
• Develop and review detailed structural drawings, specifications, and technical reports for construction documentation.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for structural engineering tasks, coordinating effectively with project managers and other disciplines.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and design staff within the remote engineering team.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments (where feasible remotely or via local representatives) and provide support during the construction phase.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Structural Engineering or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in structural engineering, with a strong focus on building structures.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Proficiency in structural analysis software such as ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD. Pro, and Revit Structure.
• Proven ability to lead engineering teams and manage multiple projects concurrently in a virtual environment.
• Excellent understanding of materials science, seismic design, and international building standards.
