Lead UX Researcher - Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive user research strategy across multiple product lines.
• Plan and conduct various research studies, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and ethnographic research.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative research data to identify user insights, pain points, and opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and engineers to integrate research findings into the product development process.
• Mentor and guide junior UX researchers, fostering best practices and skill development.
• Present research findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders at all levels in a clear and compelling manner, suitable for remote communication.

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in user experience research.
• Proven experience leading research initiatives and managing research projects from inception to completion.
• Expertise in a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, highly effective in remote collaboration settings.
