Axiom, a global provider of on‑demand legal talent, is hiring a Legal Consultant with expertise in digital assets, ECM or structured products. The role is fully remote, supporting a leading global client in the fintech and digital‑asset space.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• 5‑12+ years PQE in structured products/ECM/derivatives or broader capital markets (in‑house or private practice).
• Experience with cryptocurrency, digital‑asset or tokenisation products.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Provide legal advice throughout the lifecycle of equities, tokenised securities and innovative structured products.
• Draft, review and negotiate offering documents, product terms, brokerage/platform agreements and partner contracts.
• Coordinate with product, business, marketing and operations teams across jurisdictions.
• Liaise with regulators on equities and tokenised securities matters.
• Manage external counsel, develop internal guidance, training and scalable legal templates.
