Legal Counsel (5+ yrs) - Xplore Telecom (Hybrid or Remote)
Markham, Ontario
Xplore Inc. is seeking a Legal Counsel in Canada with 5+ years of corporate/commercial experience to join its high‑performing collaborative legal team. Candidates based anywhere in Canada will be considered.
If you are outside the Greater Toronto Area, the arrangement is either fully remote or one day per week in office, depending on location. If you are within the GTA, the role is hybrid with three days per week in the Markham office (two days remote).
In this role, you will support a broad range of sophisticated and interesting corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters, including drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, advising on compliance, driving process improvement and innovation (including through the adoption of AI and legal technology tools), and providing practical, business‑oriented legal advice across the organization.
Qualifications: Minimum of 5+ years of corporate/commercial legal experience, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to legal technology and process improvement.
