About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, interpret, and advise on evolving national and international regulatory landscapes relevant to the company's industry.

Requirements

• Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience focusing on regulatory compliance , corporate governance, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant South African legislation and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven ability to develop and implement compliance strategies.
• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities, essential for remote collaboration.
