Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Admitted Attorney with a minimum of 5 years' post-admission experience.

• Strong background in contract law and general corporate legal matters.

• Experience with international business transactions is a plus.

• Proven ability to work independently and manage workload effectively in a remote setting.
