Legal Counsel - Remote Operations

Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Legal Counsel to support their expanding operations, with this position being fully remote. This role is designed for a legal professional who can provide comprehensive legal advice and support on a wide array of matters, including commercial contracts, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance, all within a virtual work environment. You will collaborate closely with teams across different locations, utilizing digital tools to ensure effective communication and legal oversight. Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements and vendor contracts remotely.

Requirements

• Admitted Attorney with a minimum of 5 years of legal experience, preferably with exposure to commercial law and corporate governance.
