Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch drivers and vehicles for deliveries and pickups in an efficient manner.

• Monitor driver progress and communicate with them to provide updates and address any issues.

• Maintain accurate dispatch records, including driver logs, route information, and delivery confirmations.

• Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure smooth flow of goods and timely order fulfillment.

• Respond promptly to inquiries from drivers, customers, and management regarding dispatch operations.

• Troubleshoot and resolve logistical problems, such as delays or vehicle breakdowns, to minimize disruption.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Logistics Dispatcher or in a similar transportation coordination role.

• Solid understanding of dispatching procedures, transportation regulations, and logistics operations.

• Proficiency in using dispatch software, GPS tracking systems, and communication tools.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a remote work setting is a plus.
