About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of inbound and outbound logistics, including shipping, receiving, and transportation.
• Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery.
• Track shipments in real-time, providing timely updates to internal teams and customers.
• Prepare and manage all necessary shipping documentation, including manifests, bills of lading, and customs paperwork.
• Identify and resolve logistical issues and disruptions to minimize delays and impact on service.
• Analyze logistics data to identify areas for process improvement and cost savings.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a logistics, transportation, or supply chain role.
• Proven experience in coordinating domestic and international shipments.
• Proficiency in using logistics software and tracking platforms.
• Strong understanding of shipping regulations, documentation, and Incoterms.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a remote work setting.
