Primary Responsibilities Market Coordination & Support Support facilitation of weekly market calls with OA Practice Leaders (PLs) and CCPs by preparing materials, tracking actions, and following up on next steps Assist in gathering, consolidating, and summarizing market intelligence from OA practices, CCPs, Optum Insight, and marketing Maintain tracking of market activity, engagement, pipeline status, and progress against plans Prepare clear summaries and updates for market leadership Planning & White Space Execution Support analysis of market white space and help translate insights into defined actions and priorities Assist with development and execution of market plans, including coordination across practices and roles Track progress against market plans and highlight risks or gaps for leadership attention Sales & Client Engagement Support Support PLs and CCPs with meeting coordination, preparation,
