Role Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate marketing and sales strategy decks, campaign performance reports, and commercial planning materials.
• Create detailed rubrics and feedback frameworks to assess the effectiveness of marketing and sales decks and related business content.
• Analyze market research findings and customer insights to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth.
• Develop and articulate clear, actionable recommendations for improving marketing strategies and commercial tactics, based on data-driven analysis.
• Draft concise, visually-rich presentations and summaries to communicate findings and recommendations with clarity and impact.
• Participate in the review and refinement of dashboards, performance metrics, and analytical reports to ensure business relevance and usability.

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing strategy, product marketing, growth management, commercial strategy, sales operations, or market research.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a keen eye for detail and clarity in both analysis and presentation.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; comfortable working with campaign reports, dashboards, research data, and business cases.
• Demonstrated ability to review and create visually engaging business content and presentations.
• Proficiency with marketing, analytics, or business intelligence tools (such as Excel, Tableau, or similar platforms).
