AI Marketing Operations Engineer (Offshore, Remote)
About The Role
We are seeking a versatile and highly skilled AI Marketing Operations Engineer to anchor our global marketing technology, data, and process infrastructure.
This person will spend their day mostly in our systems—in our applicant tracking system, databases, and CRM—managing, optimizing, and scaling critical infrastructure across multiple business units. You will diagnose challenges with integrations, including Zapier, to fuel marketing campaigns.
Additionally, you will build HubSpot workflows and may handle the setup, development, or optimization of text campaigns via Twilio. Crucially, this role will lead our investment in AI‑driven marketing systems. We want candidates who have built something in this space, such as agents, custom GPTs, and complex workflows.
