Key Responsibilities

• Work independently in a remote setting with self-discipline and initiative

• Generate leads through digital marketing and basic online advertising

• Conduct structured phone or Zoom interviews (scripting provided)

• Provide peer support and mentorship within a collaborative team environment

• Participate in ongoing professional development via weekly training calls

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 3 years of professional work experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Creative thinker with an interest in digital marketing
