Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and develop mechanical components and systems using advanced 3D CAD software.
• Perform detailed engineering analysis, including stress, thermal, and vibration simulations, to validate designs.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including detailed drawings, BOMs, and specifications.
• Collaborate virtually with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and product management, to ensure project success.
• Identify and implement design improvements to enhance product performance, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in mechanical design technologies and methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical design and product development.
• Proficiency with industry-standard CAD/CAE software (e.g., SolidWorks, Fusion 360, ANSYS).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials selection, and engineering principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.
