About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly capable Mechanical Systems Engineer to join their fully remote team. This role focuses on the integration, analysis, and optimization of complex mechanical systems across various product lines. You will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless interaction of all mechanical components, driving performance improvements and troubleshooting system-level issues. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate mechanical systems, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance.
• Perform system-level analysis, including thermal management, vibration, and structural integrity assessments.
• Develop and execute test plans for mechanical systems, analyzing results and recommending design adjustments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., electrical, software) to define system requirements and interfaces.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical system issues encountered during development and testing.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams and integration procedures.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in mechanical systems design, integration, and analysis.
• Strong understanding of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, control systems, and kinematics.
• Proficiency with system modeling tools and simulation software (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink, ANSYS).
• Experience with requirements management and verification processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, adapted for remote collaboration.
