We’re looking for an experienced MedSpa Business Coach to lead the charge—guiding medspa owners, shaping growth strategies, and representing Ekwa as a thought leader on podcasts, webinars, and industry platforms.

Serve as the primary coach and face of the brand for medspa business consulting. Conduct client assessments, identify opportunities, and deliver tailored recommendations.
Prepare presentations, reports, and consulting frameworks to support medspa client success. Represent the company in sales calls, serving as the closer. Host and co-host podcast episodes focused on medspa industry trends, practice growth, and client experience. Contribute new ideas to improve services and expand consulting offerings.
Stay on top of best practices in the medspa business and industry. What We’re Looking For
4+ years in medspa business operations, management, or consulting (e.g., medspa director, coach, or industry advisor). Demonstrated success in business consulting or advisory roles within the medspa industry.
