Status: Full-Time, permanent position (40 hours) Standard working hours: 8am to 5pm EST, M-F.

Location: Remote in Virginia only Job Description Summary: The Enrollment Manager plans, directs, and implements processes related to all enrollment activities, including but not limited to, web, paper, electronic enrollment and group set up processes that will assure a high level of customer satisfaction in accordance with plan policies and procedures.

Education • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Applicants who do not have their Bachelor’s Degree will be required to sign a Bachelor’s Degree Agreement committing to successfully obtaining their Bachelor’s Degree within 5 years of hire.

Certification/Licensure • None required Experience • 3 years related experience in Healthcare or Information System Support REQUIRED • Knowledge of 834 eligibility file highly preferred • Enrollment Reconciliation and discrepancy resolution experience preferred • Health Plan enrollment experience preferred • Experience with Salesforce, QNXT or any claims platform preferred Sentara Health Plans provides health plan coverage to close to one million members in Virginia.
