Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote counseling and emotional support to clients via phone, video calls, and secure messaging platforms.

Requirements

• A relevant degree or professional qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• Professional registration with a relevant South African council (e.g., HPCSA, SACSSP) is required.
• Previous experience in providing mental health support, counseling, or therapy, preferably with remote modalities.
• Excellent active listening, empathy, and communication skills suitable for virtual interaction.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms, video conferencing tools, and electronic health records.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a remote caseload effectively.
