Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop innovative, appealing, and cost-effective menu items and complete menus for diverse catering needs.

• Create detailed recipes, including ingredient specifications, preparation methods, and plating guidelines.
• Collaborate with culinary teams and operations to test, refine, and standardize new menu items.
• Ensure all menu development considers dietary restrictions, allergens, and nutritional guidelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Menu Developer , Chef, or Culinary Innovator with a strong portfolio.
• In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques, food science, and global cuisines.
• Excellent understanding of food costing, sourcing, and inventory management principles.
• Strong analytical and research skills to identify and capitalize on market trends.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
