As a Technology Consulting professional, you will be part of the health check team that is managing the activities to install security software on employees laptops.
Key responsibilities
• Be a member of a dynamic team providing IT support and assistance to users
• Provide LAPS expertise for its implementation across the company and resolve issues that may arise.
• Be the main contact for all LAPS related activities and issues.
• Collaborate with other IT teams and stakeholders for all internal projects.
• Effectively deliver LAPS trainings and issue troubleshooting techniques to the team members
• Provides LAPS activities work estimates that permit prioritization and assignments to be made.
You’ll help the business manage the LAPS implementation activities and provide IT support at an excellent standard throughout the company. The person will be the main contact for all LAPS related issues and troubleshoot them making sure that the company SLA is met.
Skills and experience requirements
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Systems;
• At least 4-5 years of experience implementing Microsoft LAPS
• Strong experience with Microsoft solutions such SSCM, Azure, Power Apps and D365
• Understanding of common industry standard business practices;
• Excellent user management skills and the ability to work with users to develop and manage an action plan
• Strong business acumen, strategic and analytical thinking, root cause analysis, and creative problem solving ability;
