About the Role
Reporting to the Emergency Management Coordinator, the MESO provides integrated emergency management and clinical support across site. This role combines emergency response, remote medicine, training, and operational readiness responsibilities.
The position also provides relief for the Emergency Management Coordinator and supports the delivery of medical services by assisting with operational coverage where required. We are searching for two back‑to‑back MESO's on a full‑time roster 8/6 Wednesday- Wednesday.
Key Responsibilities Participate in field interactions, risk assessments, hazard identification, and safety engagement activities. Promote workforce health, wellbeing, injury prevention, and fitness-for-work initiatives. Assist with the development, implementation, and review of emergency management plans, procedures, and systems.
