Key Responsibilities • Design, deploy, and manage complex network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs across multiple data centers and cloud environments. • Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize speed, reliability, and scalability. • Ensure network security by implementing and maintaining security protocols, intrusion detection systems, and access controls. • Develop and maintain comprehensive network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures. • Provide Tier 3 support for network-related incidents and collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex issues. • Stay abreast of emerging network technologies and propose innovative solutions to enhance network capabilities and reduce operational costs.

Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. • 5+ years of experience in network engineering, with a strong focus on enterprise-level network design and management. • Expertise in routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF), switching technologies, and network security principles. • Hands-on experience with cloud networking platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and SD-WAN solutions. • Relevant certifications such as CCIE, CCNP, or CISSP are highly desirable. • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a fully remote setting, supporting a distributed workforce.
