The company is looking for a Network Security Consultant to join its growing technical team, covering pre‑sales, design, implementation, and support.

Responsibilities: • Design and implement Fortinet and Palo Alto firewall solutions across complex enterprise environments (60% of the role) • Provide 3rd line escalation support across the security estate (20%) • Support pre‑sales engagements, technical scoping, customer conversations, and solution positioning (10%) • Produce high-quality technical designs and documentation to support delivery • Travel to customer sites across the UK when projects and engagements require it • Fortinet, FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer • Palo Alto, NGFW, Panorama • Network Security, firewall policy, VPN, segmentation, zero trust Skills/Must Have: • Solid Fortinet firewall background, FortiGate design, implementation, and support in enterprise environments • Palo Alto experience, NGFW configuration and management, Panorama a strong plus • Strong network security fundamentals, firewall policy, VPN, segmentation, and threat management • Someone on the way up, strong foundations, driven to develop, and ready to take on more responsibility • Comfortable working independently and remotely, you manage your own time and deliver without hand‑holding • Confident enough to support pre‑sales conversations and customer‑facing engagements • Fortinet NSE or Palo Alto PCNSE certifications beneficial, any held will be built on, all training and certs funded going forward Location & Working Pattern: • Fully remote UK wide, travel to customer sites when required • All certifications and training fully funded, they invest in developing their people • A broad role: pre‑sales, design, implementation, and support across a varied customer base Benefits: • £90k for a firewall specialist at this level is a strong number • All certs paid, NSE7, PCNSE, whatever's next, they'll fund it • Remote‑first with real variety, no two weeks the same • Genuinely career‑building, design, pre‑sales, delivery, and support all in one role • Two of the most in-demand firewall vendors in the market, Fortinet and Palo Alto on your CV together is a powerful combination • A business that wants to develop you, not just use your existing skills Salary: • £90,000 base salary Join a specialist network and security consultancy designing, delivering, and optimising AI-driven network infrastructure for organisations where performance matters.

The role focuses on Fortinet and Palo Alto firewalls and is suited to someone with solid firewall experience who is keen to develop their skills and career in network security, with certifications and training fully funded. The position is fully remote with travel when required.
