Lead proposals & pitches—working with the Creative and Strategy teams to shape compelling brand and digital solutions. We've always managed to keep a very Global presence.
But with a a new home base in Victoria, BC (on the waterfront) and new US and Canadian clients in our roster, we're looking for a special someone to help us grow both home and away. We need the help of a sharp, strategic weapon that see's sales as sports, has done the reps and might've said once in their lives that graphic design is their passion.
You'll know people doing interesting stuff, have strangers fawn over you and be accountable to revenue goals. We need someone who can proactively spot opportunities, navigate client needs, and help us build a smarter, more profitable new business pipeline.
You should be able to handle all in-bound enquiries, spin up new scopes, close deals, and onboard new clients. You should be always looking for new opportunities to do world-class work.
You should be comfortable with sales targets, scopes, and conversations about money... without being a blowhard (it’s possible, we know it is.)
