As a NOC Monitoring Engineer, you will monitor system alerts, perform incident triage, and escalate issues to the appropriate technical teams. This role is essential for early detection of incidents, timely escalation, and maintaining SLA-driven service continuity in a high-availability environment.
You will work within a structured 24×7 environment, ensuring continuous service delivery and accurate documentation of events. This role requires strong attention to detail, expertise in monitoring tools, and the ability to work efficiently within time-sensitive operational workflows.
