We're seeking interest from dedicated Nurse Practitioners with a Primary Health, Aged Care or Palliative Care specialisation to join our innovative healthcare team. You'll be a key part of a collaborative team, providing essential, high-quality care to communities that need it most.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
• AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with endorsement as a Nurse Practitioner.
• A specialisation in Primary Health, Aged Care or Palliative Care
• Advanced clinical experience in the assessment and treatment of illness, injury, and health promotion.
• A strong understanding of the unique challenges of rural and remote health settings.
• Experience in an aged care setting and familiar with the aged care standards.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex medical information clearly and empathetically.
• Proficiency in using virtual communication platforms and electronic health records.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a remote team.
This unique position allows you to work primarily from home while supporting multiple clinics and aged care facilities across Australia. This is a chance to make a real impact on rural and remote communities.
What The Role Offers
• Work remotely from anywhere in Australia, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm.
• Some on-call required, but we will fit in with your lifestyle.
• Spend a minimum of up to one week every three to six months working on-site in our clinics located in rural NSW.
• Provide essential healthcare services to patients in diverse settings, including rural, remote communities, and aged care facilities.
