We’ll provide you with the digital tools, platform, and support to deliver high-quality virtual care — so you can focus on what matters most: helping patients feel like themselves again. • Conduct secure video consultations with patients across Ontario • Assess hormone-related symptoms and order appropriate lab testing • Prescribe medications, supplements, and lifestyle recommendations as needed • Collaborate with our internal team to continuously enhance patient care • Maintain accurate documentation within our EMR system • Licensed Nurse Practitioner in Ontario • In good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) • Strong understanding of (or interest in) women’s hormone health (we’ll train you on our proprietary protocol!) • Comfortable with virtual care and digital EMR systems • Compassionate, professional, and patient-focused communication style • Ability to work independently and manage flexible hours • Curious, desire to learn, and solve complex patient challenges • Deeply passionate about helping women uncover why they’re feeling off • Flexible scheduling — set your own hours • Fully remote — see patients from anywhere in Ontario • Work with a mission-driven, female-founded team • Empower women to live their best lives If you’re passionate about helping women feel their best and ready to join a growing telehealth startup redefining women’s healthcare, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role As a HorminaCare Nurse Practitioner, you’ll play a key role in empowering women to overcome their health challenges.
